Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my referral was successful?
They appear in your stats above as soon as they create an account. A referral stays “not upgraded yet” until they buy a plan — that is the point at which it counts towards a reward.
When do I receive my rewards?
As soon as a reward is earned, the days are added to your active subscription and you can see the new renewal date in Settings. If you do not have a plan yet, the reward is held and applied to your first one.
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
No, the referral program only works for new users who sign up using your unique link. Existing users cannot be referred.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There's no limit! Refer as many friends as you want and earn rewards for each successful referral.
