Choose your exam.

Yes. Every exam on the platform includes one free attempt at a complete mock exam — all sections, fully timed. Listening and Reading are scored instantly; AI scoring of Writing and Speaking is part of Pro. No credit card is required.

All three are renewing subscriptions billed at the standard price until cancelled — they differ only in cadence. The 7-Day and 90-Day Passes renew every 7 or 90 days; the Monthly subscription renews every month. You can cancel any of them at any time from your account settings.

Yes. Each individual plan covers one examination, but you can hold multiple plans at the same time — one per exam. If you are preparing for two or more tests, bundle options (Duo, Trio, or Complete) offer substantial savings. Bundle quotes are sent within one business day.

After signing in, go to Settings → My Exams and click 'Add another exam.' You will go through a short onboarding flow to select the exam and, for OET, your profession. Each exam you add gets its own practice progress, mock exam history, and dashboard — completely separate from your other exams. You can switch between your active exams at any time from the top navbar.

The top navigation bar shows the exam you are currently working on. To switch, click the EnglishHub.io logo — it takes you back to the main dashboard where all your registered exams are listed as tiles. Select the tile for the exam you want and you will land on that exam's dedicated homepage. All your progress, scores, and mock exam history are stored separately per exam.

Bundles combine two or more examinations into a single subscription — Duo (2 exams) and Trio (3 exams) for individual multi-exam learners, and the Complete bundle (all 7 exams) for language schools, universities, preparation centres, and other institutions. There are no teacher or cohort dashboards today; each learner uses their own account. Contact us about group access. Pricing is custom-quoted within one business day.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are charged in USD, and the price shown is the total you pay; no sales tax is currently added.

Yes. You can cancel any plan — Monthly, or a 7-Day or 90-Day Pass — at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain full access until then.

If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] (or use the contact form at /contact with the topic “Refund or withdrawal”) within 7 days of your purchase and we'll process a refund — as long as you've completed fewer than 2 practice sessions, attempted fewer than 2 mock exams, and your account isn't under review. Refund eligibility is subject to the time and usage conditions in our Refund Policy (/refund), which lists every condition and exclusion. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

Our content is written to each exam's official, publicly documented format, timing and scoring criteria, using an AI-assisted pipeline with automated quality controls. It is independently created — no official material is reproduced — so it follows the published test structure and timing without being the official test.
