OET Mock Tests: Full Practice Exams

An OET mock test lets you practise all four sub-tests in exam-style format: Listening (42 questions), Reading (42 questions, with a separate 15-minute Part A), a profession-specific letter, and two role-plays. EnglishHub offers 50 full mock tests for OET, and the first one is free. Writing and Speaking receive AI feedback.

What a full mock covers

A full mock is the closest practice to test day: timed parts, one play of each recording, Reading Part A closing after 15 minutes, and a writing phase that only opens after the reading time. On EnglishHub, Speaking is included in the same session for convenience. In the official test, Speaking may be taken on a different day, and break arrangements depend on how you take the test.

Mock results are independent practice estimates, not OET scores. Use them to find which part costs you the most marks, then switch to part-level practice. There are 200 practice sets per exam for that.

Tips that work

  • Take your first full mock early to get an honest baseline, not after weeks of study.
  • Sit mocks in one go, without pausing the audio, to build stamina for the real sitting.
  • Review every wrong Listening and Reading answer and note whether it was a vocabulary, attention or timing problem.
  • Choose the profession you will actually sit so the letter and role-plays match your test.

Questions candidates ask

Is the first OET mock test free?

Yes. The first of EnglishHub's 50 full OET mock tests is free, so you can try the complete format before deciding on more.

Will the mock give me an OET grade?

It gives an independent practice estimate and feedback, not an official OET result. Only OET issues grades.

Are OET mocks different for each profession?

Listening and Reading are shared by all professions, as in the official test. Writing and Speaking are written for your profession.
